比特小鹿将发行1.5亿美元可转换债券

比特小鹿（Bitdeer Technologies Group）宣布拟公开发行1.5亿美元可转换票据，到期日为2029年8月15日，用于扩建其数据中心并开发基于ASIC的挖矿设备。据悉，这些票据的年利率将为8.5%。Bitdeer表示，这些票据将是公司的优先无担保债务，除非提前转换、赎回或回购。
