8月16日讯，上海市通信管理局今日发布《上海市信息通信业加快建设低空智联网 助力我市低空经济发展的指导意见》。文件提出，到2026年，初步建成上海低空飞行航线全域连续覆盖的低空通信网络，满足低空飞行数据和高清视频图像回传需求，同时具备叠加感知升级能力。基于业务需求实现感知功能敏捷开通。探索低空智联网与卫星融合的空天地一体化网络。
