On August 16th, EigenLayer officially issued a statement saying that there is no discovery or evidence that any employee of Eigen Labs put pressure on any team to benefit the Eigen Labs corporate entity or its employees in an inappropriate way. Previously, CoinDesk reported yesterday that Eigen Labs employees had distributed their wallet addresses to ecological project parties, or suspected of conflicts of interest. A project team disclosed that they sent a portion of tokens to each Eigen Labs employee as a "thank you", and each employee's assigned tokens were worth $80,000.
