韩国交易所Coinone CEO与游戏公司Com2u SHoldings就出售公司股份进行谈判

8月16日消息，韩国加密货币交易所Coinone首席执行官车明勋（Myung-hoon Cha）正在与中型游戏公司Com2uS Holdings就出售公司股份进行谈判。截至去年底，车明勋总共持股53.46%，其中包括私人公司The One Group（34.31%）和他自己持股（19.15%）。Com2uS Holdings占比21.95%，Com2uS Plus占比16.47%。Com2uS Plus是Com2u SHoldings的100%子公司。通过本次股权收购，Com2u SHoldings预计将成为Coinone第一大股东。此外，Coinone首席执行官车明勋向Com2u SHoldings表示其将辞去Coinone负责人的职务。
