Dymension, a modular blockchain network, will launch a 3D upgrade and plans to launch 3D Playground first to conduct developer and user testing for the 3D upgrade. Officially, the 3D upgrade will provide a fast and easy ability to deploy RollApps without permission, and the upgraded Roller CLI tool will make it easy for technical node operators to run the RollApp sequencer. Simply enter the chain ID and Roller will be able to get all the necessary on-chain information from Dymension and start running the selected RollApp sequencer. In addition, the Dymension Foundation will run an automated program using an incentive mechanism to score the activity of all RollApps and sponsor (incentivize) them based on various metrics.
