According to Cyvers Alerts, on August 13, 2024, its system detected multiple suspicious transactions involving Vow. The attacker deployed the malicious contract 112 days earlier and executed two hacked transactions on August 13, resulting in the loss of 175 ETH, 595,970 USDT, and 5,801,632 VOW.
The attackers initially funded their operations through Tornado Cash. The attackers then started re-depositing the funds into Tornado Cash and have now transferred 50 ETH. The attackers still keep 402 ETH on their addresses.
