Bitcoin miner Core Scientific has announced that it will issue an additional $400 million of 3.00% convertible senior notes due 2029. The initial issue size is $350 million, which has been expanded due to good market conditions. The notes are scheduled to settle on August 19, 2024, and will be offered in private to qualified institutional buyers. The first purchasers will be given the option to purchase additional $60 million notes.
