Indian crypto exchange WazirX has announced that it will end its partnership with Liminal and will transfer the remaining funds in Liminal to a new multi-signature wallet. WazirX said that given the complexity involved in the transfer, we are very cautious in how and when we transfer these assets. For the sake of transparency, we will publish a list of all new wallets after the migration is complete.
WazirX said the $230 million hack in July was related to a multi-signature wallet using Liminal's digital asset custody service. Liminal said its infrastructure was not compromised.
