据 0xScope 监测，CPI 数据发布前，市场观察到 10 亿枚 USDT 被铸造。随后 Cumberland 接收了 1.83 亿 USDT，并将其分发至多家 CEX。数据显示，自 8 月 5 日以来，Cumberland 已向各大交易所转入总计 9.5 亿 USDT。
