Fractal Bitcoin said in a post on X that its testnet phase reset has been completed and the public testnet has been officially launched. Meanwhile, Fractal nodes are now open-source and OP_CAT have been successfully activated. In addition, brc-20 on Fractal will be activated at block height 21,000 (block height is expected to reach 21,000 in around 7 days). Only inscriptions inscribed after this block height will be considered valid.
