Fractal Bitcoin于X发文表示，其测试网阶段重置已完成，并正式推出公共测试网。与此同时，Fractal节点现已开源，OP_CAT已成功激活。此外，Fractal上的brc-20将在区块高度21,000激活（区块高度预计在7天左右达到21000）。只有在此区块高度之后铭刻的的铭文才会被认为有效。
