On August 11th, the opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on accelerating the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development mentioned that the promotion of low-carbon transportation means. Vigorously promote new energy vehicles and promote the electric substitution of urban public service vehicles. Promote the adoption of clean power by ships, aircraft, and non-road mobile machinery, accelerate the elimination of old transportation means, promote zero-emission freight transportation, strengthen the research and development and application of sustainable aviation fuels, and encourage the research and development and production of net-zero emission marine fuels. By 2030, the carbon emission intensity of operating transportation units will decrease by about 9.5% compared with 2020. By 2035, new energy vehicles will become the mainstream of new sales vehicles.
