On August 9, according to "Beijing Inspection Online" news, recently, the Chaoyang Branch of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau transferred 49 alleged offenders including Gao Moumou, the former chairperson of the board of directors of Zhongzhi Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution. Under the jurisdiction designated by the Beijing Municipal People's Procuratorate, the First Branch of the Beijing Municipal People's Procuratorate reviewed according to law and prosecuted 49 people including Gao Moumou in the Beijing First Intermediate People's Court for the crime of illegally absorbing public deposits.
