美联储柯林斯：如果数据如预期，“很快”开始放宽政策是合适的。谁入主白宫绝对不会影响我对经济状况的评估，也不会影响我对未来的展望，也不会影响我认为合适的政策。我预计几年以后利率会更低。我们将在9月份发布一份新的经济预测总结，其中包括FOMC19位委员根据迄今为止看到的数据做出的展望。它将包括我们对2024年底、2025年和2026年利率的展望。我确实预计未来几年我们会看到货币政策的一些放宽。但调整的幅度、时间和速度究竟有多大，还得由数据来决定。
