Galaxy研究副总裁Christine Kim发文总结第139次以太坊核心开发者共识（ACDC）电话会议。本周开发人员讨论了对以太坊共识层（CL）的修改，Pectra Devnet 2的修复、Devnet 3的准备工作、PeerDAS的实施进展以及以太坊节点分布的新数据。其中Pectra Devnet 2已稳定，网络参与度达85%。执行层（EL）客户端（主要是 EthereumJS和Erigon）仍有部分Bug需要解决。此外，开发人员表示，若要想在Pectra测试中加入EIP 7688，最早也需等到Devnet 5。
