According to Spot On Chain, as the market rebounded, addresses starting with 0x1db (probably Cumberland addresses) received 270 million USDT from Tether Treasury and transferred to CEX in the past 24 hours.
After the market fell on August 5, the wallet received 660 million USDT from Tether and then transferred 607.30 million USDT to various trading platforms, including:
333 million USDT transferred to Coinbase;
118.50 million USDT transferred to Kraken;
72.40 million USDT transferred to Binance;
51.50 million USDT transferred to OKX;
32 million USDT transferred to Bullish.
Cumberland received 270 million USDT from Tether Treasury in the last 24 hours and transferred it to CEX.
