On April 2nd, Vice Premier of the State Council Zhang Guoqing conducted research on state-owned enterprise reform and the development of specialized and innovative enterprises in Tianjin from April 1st to 2nd. He emphasized that state-owned assets and central enterprises should always focus on serving national strategic needs, improve scientific and technological innovation mechanisms, strengthen technological capacity building, focus on strengthening, optimizing, and expanding their main businesses, actively develop emerging industries, cultivate future industries, continuously optimize the layout structure of state-owned capital, and improve the efficiency of state-owned capital allocation.
