4月2日讯，中方认为，各国贸易政策是否构成壁垒，应以是否违反世贸组织规则作为判断标准。美方报告未提供任何证据，证明中方相关政策和做法违反世贸组织规则，却武断指责中国存在所谓“非市场”政策和做法以及在农产品、数据政策等方面存在壁垒，中方对此坚决反对。
