Figure Markets, the digital asset arm of crypto startup Figure, has now launched Figure Markets Exchange, a decentralized crypto asset custody marketplace that utilizes decentralized multi-party computing (MPC) wallet custody and provides bankruptcy remote custody solutions. The US dollar deposits of users on the platform are deposited in FDIC-insured banks. Users can trade BTC, ETH, and HASH, as well as unique assets such as FTX bankruptcy claims, and qualified users can also invest in and borrow from a variety of closed-end funds, including pledged funds and opportunity funds.
