On August 6th, Andrew Kang, co-founder of Mechanism Capital, wrote on the X platform that the market seems to have a habit of offering discounts before positive events. Kang said this is the second wave of major ETF inflows he has discussed since the spring. Despite some macroeconomic uncertainty, the activation of Morgan Stanley's team of financial advisors will at least provide a strong counterweight. If the incentives of these advisors are sufficient, the market will see inflows similar to Saylor level or greater.
