Circle will discontinue support for USDC on Flow (Cadence)

Due to an upcoming network upgrade, Circle will discontinue support for USDC on the Flow (Cadence) blockchain on September 3, 2024 at 3am (EST). The casting of USDC on Flow will continue until noon (EST) on August 27, 2024. Circle advises Circle Mint customers, retail USDC holders, and non-Circle customers holding USDC on Flow (Cadence) to move USDC from Flow to other blockchains prior to the September 3, 2024 deadline. On the day of the September 3 deadline, Circle will freeze the remaining USDC on Flow, take a snapshot of all USDC balances on Flow, and manually process any remaining redemption requests based on that snapshot. The manual redemption process will begin on September 4, 2024.
