The U.S. CFTC is investigating cryptocurrency fraud that may have been carried out by unknown individuals, potentially involving 15 tokens, including memecoin BEN.
The agency issued a subpoena on July 16 to Hit Network, a crypto-focused media company that previously spoke for Ben Armstrong, nicknamed "BitBoy." The subpoena demanded information about trading activity and digital wallets for 15 tokens.
