David Plouffe served as the manager of Obama's 2008 presidential campaign and served as his top aide during Obama's 2012 election victory.
Plouffe, who has made many statements about cryptocurrencies in the past and joined Binance's global advisory board over the past few years, also serves as a global strategy advisor to Alchemy Pay. In the 2023 interview, Plouffe briefly mentioned the collapse of cryptocurrency exchange FTX, saying it "brought attention to the industry".
