8月2日消息，新火科技控股有限公司（1611.HK）发布公告，宣布旗下新火资产管理（香港）有限公司（新火资管）获得香港证监会1号牌（证券交易）申请以及4号牌（就证券提供意见）升级的批准。
新火资管将新增向专业投资者分销虚拟资产（VA）相关产品的业务，包括但不限于VA基金、比特币和以太坊ETF及VA结构性产品。同时，作为4号牌持有者，新火资产进一步获批可提供4号牌下虚拟资产咨询服务。
