Vitalik: L3 cannot magically further increase throughput

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin posted on social media stating that sharing my article about Layer 3 over a year ago, the conclusion is that Layer 3 will not further increase throughput like magic, although they can reduce some fixed costs for bulk publishing and deposit/withdrawal.
