8月1日讯，国家发展改革委副主任赵辰昕今日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，我们还将推动出台完善市场准入制度的意见，发布新版市场准入负面清单，同时推出一批放宽市场准入特别措施，为全国范围内进一步放宽准入作出探索，为各类经营主体提供更加广阔的发展空间。
