8月1日讯，国家发展改革委副秘书长袁达今日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，支持有能力的民营企业牵头承担国家重大技术攻关任务，向民营企业进一步开放国家重大科技基础设施。完善民营企业融资支持政策，健全民营中小企业增信制度，加快破解融资难、融资贵问题。
