7月31日讯，上海市发布《关于进一步发挥资本市场作用促进本市科创企业高质量发展的实施意见》，引导企业选择合适的上市板块，优先支持在新产业新业态新技术领域突破关键核心技术的“硬科技”企业科创板上市，支持有需要的企业赴境外上市。
