Cross-border transfer infrastructure Layer2 Financial completed a $10.70 million Series A round led by Galaxy Ventures, with participation from Accomplice and Sapphire Ventures. The company plans to use the funds to advance its product development, expand in new jurisdictions, and expand its team.
Layer2 Financial's partners can provide customers with multi-currency compliance payments. Through its API, customers can receive and send payments in addition to using ACH, Fedwire, Swift, SEPA, and tokenized assets, including from digital to fiat and vice versa. The platform is currently regulated in approximately 34 US states and licensed in Canada and Europe.
