7月31日消息，人工智能链上安全平台 Rug.AI 的另一位联合创始人 Jake 就“合伙人 Joe Ayoub 因股权纠纷退出”一事发文回应表示：“我和 Joe 确实卷入了与 Rug.AI 有关的法律纠纷，到目前为止，这一直是我和 Joe 之间的私事，但今天 Joe 决定公开这场纠纷。我希望我们的分歧能够友好解决，即便是 Joe 已采取了这样的行动。”
Jake 补充表示：“我和 Rug.AI 团队的其他人目前都无权访问 Rug.AI 的 X 帐户，且自 2024 年 4 月 10 日起就没有再访问过……我否认 Joe 对我提出的任何不法行为的指控，与此同时，我还注意到 Joe 的声明，他将不再参与公司的日常工作，这是他自己的决定。我可以说的是，我和团队一直在努力，并将继续努力开发 Rug.AI。”
此前消息，Rug.AI 联合创始人 Joe Ayoub 于 X 发文表示，因与 Jake 的股权纠纷，自己将不再参与该项目的日常运作，但将采取法律程序，以获得公司股权。
