7月31日消息，日本上市公司 Mixi 宣布其权益关联公司、加密资产交易所 BitBank 准备上市，除股票上市需要获得相关部门的批准外，上市的计划时间和市场尚未确定，根据股票上市准备过程中也有可能会暂停上市。目前 MIXI Corporation 持有 26.99% 的股份，Ceres Corporation 持有 23.05% 的股份，BitBank 株式会社代表董事兼首席执行官持有 30.69% 的股份。
2009 年 9 月，Mixi 通过第三方分配新股投资约 70 亿日元，成为 Bitbank K.K. 的股东。
