7月31日消息，人工智能链上安全平台 Rug.AI 联合创始人 Joe Ayoub 于 X 发文表示，自己将不再参与该项目的日常运作。
Ayoub 透露，他此前从一家全球领先机构辞职，一年前和一个自己认为值得信赖的朋友一起创立了 Rug.AI。截至今天，他在公司没有任何股份，所有股份都是由其联合创始人合法拥有。但他已经明确表示，Ayoub 将需要采取法律程序，以获得公司股权，因其不认为两人曾经同意过共享持股。
其补充道，自己对 Rug.AI 的方向没有任何实际的控制，因此无法为了用户、投资者和员工的利益而行动。出于这个原因，他无法继续参与公司的日常事务。
