On July 31st, the decentralized exchange protocol Astroport said, "The Terra chain has been suspended due to an emergency upgrade. It appears that someone has exploited the IBC vulnerability to mint multiple tokens on the Terra chain, including ASTRO. Since the chain has now been discontinued, more tokens cannot be minted at this time. Astroport contributors are working with other chains and Cosmos builders to determine what to do."
