财政部：截至7月24日已发行4180亿元超长期特别国债

7月31日讯，财政部综合司司长林泽昌表示，今年地方政府新增债券，截至7月26日，已发行1.9万亿元，将更多新基建、新产业等领域纳入专项债投向范围，专项债额度分配向项目准备充分、使用效益好的地区倾斜；今年还安排1万亿元超长期特别国债，支持“两重”项目，截至7月24日已发行4180亿元。
