The latest report from Immunefi, a Web3 bug bounty and security services platform, shows that the crypto industry has lost more than $1.19 billion to 149 hacks and scams so far this year, while a further $269.40 million breach occurred in July. The total loss this year is up 16.3% compared to the same period in 2023, compared to $1.02 billion in the same period last year.
