Starknet Announces SHARP v6.0 Upgrade

According to official news, Starknet has announced a SHARP v6.0 upgrade, which Starknet will use in the v0.13.2 upgrade to significantly reduce block times without additional L1 costs. This will reduce confirmation time by a factor of 7x, from around 15 seconds to around 2 seconds.
