美 SEC 拟在对币安诉讼文件中修改"第三方加密资产证券"部分动议

7月30日消息，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）在提交给法院的文件中表示，美 SEC 请求在针对币安的诉讼中修改关于「第三方加密资产证券」的动议，法院目前无需就这些代币的指控是否充分做出裁决。该案中的被告 Binance Holdings Limited、BAM Trading Services Inc.、BAM Management US Holdings Inc. 及币安创始人赵长鹏应在 30 天内提交同意或反对修改动议的答复。如果被告不反对，美国证券交易委员会将开始进一步的诉讼程序。
