Kiev police and state special police forces have arrested four suspects in connection with the kidnapping and murder of a 29-year-old foreign bitcoin user and the theft of $170,000 worth of bitcoin in Kiev, Ukraine.
Kiev police said on July 29 that the four suspects, all male and between the ages of 24 and 29, had planned the attack and carried it out around midnight on July 29.
