Arbitra is about to start voting on the ArbOS 31 Bianca chain

On July 30th, Arbitrum posted on X that on-chain voting for ArbOS 31 "Bianca" has been released, and voting will start on August 1st. The proposal includes improvements such as Stylus, RIP-7212 support, Nova Fee Router, etc., which means that Arbitrum's path to the future of MultiVM has been opened.
