The Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved a request by NYSE Arca to list shares in the grey release bitcoin mini-trust. "This approval order is based on all representations and descriptions made by the exchanges in their respective amended documents, which have been carefully evaluated by the Commission," the SEC wrote in a rule change filing late on Friday. The regulator approved NYSE Arca's application for authorization to trade new derivatives on Friday.
Previously, on July 27, the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) approved Grayscale's Form 19b-4 for the Bitcoin Mini Trust.
