斯洛文尼亚成为首个发行主权数字债券的欧盟国家

作为欧洲央行货币结算实验计划的一部分，斯洛文尼亚成为第一个发行3000万欧元（3250万美元）主权数字债券的欧盟成员国，该债券通过法国银行的代币化现金系统在链上结算。这份为期四个月的票据将于11月25日到期，票面利率为3.65%。斯洛文尼亚政府表示，周四以批发式央行数字货币(CBDC) 进行了结算。
