According to SpotOnChain, a whale has just deposited 25,800 ETH ($87 million) to Binance. The whale withdrew 26,721 ETH worth about $3,457 from Binance between May 31 and July 25; and deposited 26,660 ETH to CEX on July 17 and 29 for only $3,376. The whale expects a total loss of $2.16 million (-2.34%).
