7月28日讯，恒大汽车(00708.HK)港交所公告称，本公司的附属公司恒大新能源汽车及恒大智能汽车（相关附属公司）于2024年7月26日收到相关地方人民法院下发的通知书，现将主要内容公告如下：相关附属公司的个别债权人于2024年7月25日向相关地方人民法院申请对相关附属公司进行破产重整。上述通知书对本公司和相关附属公司的生产经营活动产生重大影响。
