The Casper Network team, a blockchain platform, took swift action to work with validators to stop the network after discovering a security bugs. To minimize the impact of the security bugs and prevent any potential exploitation, the network pauses to ensure that no transactions can be processed until the vulnerability is fully resolved. According to Casper's official statement, the security bugs have been brought under control. At block 3,329,418 (14544), validators stopped all transactions, including transfers, mining, and bets, effectively freezing activity.
