7月27日消息，据官方公告，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）今天宣布，美国德克萨斯州西区地方法院高级法官 David C. Guaderrama 于 7 月 9 日对 Abner Alejandro Tinoco 及其公司 Kikit & Mess Investments, LLC 发布了裁定，要求其支付总计超过 3100 万美元的经济补偿。
