美CFTC命令一男子及其公司支付超3100万美元的外汇和加密货币诈骗赔偿

美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）今天宣布，美国德克萨斯州西区地方法院高级法官 David C.Guaderrama 已于 7 月 9 日裁定，要求 Abner Alejandro Tinoco 及其公司 Kikit & Mess Investments， LLC 支付总计超过 3100 万美元的经济补偿，涉及向 199 名受害者支付 6,203,792.18 美元的赔偿，支付 6,257,904.89 美元的赃款返还，并对任何支付给受害者的赔偿金额给予等额抵扣，以及 18,773,714 美元的民事货币罚款，该罚款是其诈骗外汇和加密货币计划非法所得的三倍。
