In response to US Democratic Congressman Brad Sherman's remarks that "Bitcoin's value is unsustainable", Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse commented that Vice President Harris would do well not to listen to (and quickly move away from) such nonsense. Democrats did not win any votes because they were against cryptocurrencies (and therefore innovation), while Republicans did by embracing and encouraging innovation in the US. It is time to catch up with many other leading economies and governments with clear rules of the road.
