On July 26th, the GMX community has initiated a vote on the "Change the income distribution model to repurchase and distribute GMX" proposal in Snapshot, proposing to change the current income distribution model of GMX from "repurchase ETH and distribute ETH" to "repurchase GMX and distribute GMX".
According to the proposal, the change is intended to leverage the benefits of "buybacks" to enhance GMX's long-term value retention, optimize user experience and strategic flexibility of the agreement, while minimizing model changes and fully preserving the benefits of "real benefits."
