StarkWare will partner with Cosmos contributor Informal Systems to integrate the Cosmos-based IBC protocol on Starknet, which will enable Starknet to connect any IBC-compatible chain, including all chains within the Cosmos ecosystem as well as other compatible chains outside the system.
