7月26日消息，snapshot 显示，Arbitrum 发起了一个提案，计划开放在以太坊外的网络部署 Orbit 链的权限，如比特币网络、Cosmos 等。作为回报，新成立的 Orbit 链需将其链上利润的 10%返还给 Arbitrum 生态系统，8%分配给 ArbitrumDAO、2%分配给开发者协会。
据悉，“Arbitrum 扩展计划”是由 Arbitrum 基金会维护和提供的一套工具和服务，旨在使开发者能够部署和运营一个其安全性依赖于以太坊区块链安全性的信任最小化网络。
